Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Costs

1.1. Shipping:  Rates provided on the website are estimates only.  If we can provide the shipment for the estimated rate we will always try to honor the estimate.  For some items, like rails over 8'0" the estimate is likely to be inaccurate due to our software not using length in the estimate.  Longer rails, over 8'0" and under 15'1" must ship LTL or via hotshot.  Rails over 15'2" must ship hotshot or via flatbed.  We will contact you with the accurate shipping costs within 24 hours.  If you fill in your contact information, your shopping cart will show up in our system and we can send you a firm shipping costs before placing your order.  If you place the order and the shipping costs will be higher, we will notify you and if no response is received, your order will be canceled and refunded to the payment method used at checkout.  We are working on improved shipping costs for over length items.  Sorry for the inconvenience, but it is very difficult to ship a 30'0" rail on a UPS truck.  If you don't enter your shipping address and provide an email we can't send you a firm quote.

1.2. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
