Threaded Steel Studs — Double End & Single End

Kimes Steel & Rail stocks double-end and single-end threaded steel studs for railroad track hardware, industrial fastening, and structural applications. All studs are carbon steel with UNC (Unified National Coarse) threading.

Double-End Threaded Studs

Threaded on both ends with a plain center section. Available in diameters from 1/2" to 1-1/4" with lengths from 6" to 24". Thread pitch varies by diameter (13 TPI for 1/2", down to 7 TPI for 1-1/4").

Single-End Threaded Studs

Threaded on one end only. Available in 1/2" to 1-1/4" diameters with a wide range of lengths. Used where a plain shank is required on one end for press-fit or drive applications.
